Six stages, every project
1. Enquiry & free site visit
We acknowledge your enquiry the same working day and arrange a visit. We measure, photograph and record exactly what you want to achieve.
2. Fixed written quotation
You receive a clear quotation setting out the scope, exclusions, programme and payment stages. We'll follow up within five working days to answer any questions.
3. Contract & pre-start
We sign a written contract (and explain your cancellation rights where they apply), then hold a pre-start meeting to confirm the programme, permissions, access and how we'll keep in touch. Building control notices, party wall matters and safety documentation are all put in place.
4. The build
Supervised works, daily site records and a progress update every week. Any change is agreed with you in writing — including its cost — before work proceeds.
5. Inspection & sign-off
Building control inspects at each required stage, and we obtain your completion certificate.
6. Snagging, handover & aftercare
A joint walk-round, every snag completed, and a handover pack with your certificates and written guarantee. We follow up after completion to make sure everything is as it should be.
How payments work
We publish our payment approach because we think you should know it before you sign anything.
A modest deposit on signing
kept low, except where bespoke materials must be ordered in advance for your project.
Stage payments at clear milestones
For example foundations, wall plate and first fix. Each stage is defined in your quotation.
Final payment after snagging
Only once the snag list is complete and signed off.
No hidden extras
Variations are priced and agreed in writing before work proceeds.
If something isn't right
We want to hear about it. Any concern or complaint is acknowledged within two working days and dealt with personally by a director.

Choosing a builder is a big decision. These are the commitments we make on every project — the questions you should ask any builder, answered up front.
We are fully insured

We manage building control notices, inspections and documentation on your behalf, and hand over your completion certificate.
We keep you informed
A named point of contact, defined stages from consultation to handover, and a weekly progress update.
We guarantee our workmanship

We use the right trades
Electrical, gas and other regulated work is carried out only by appropriately registered trades.
